Bridal Photo Shoot at Abandoned Trinity Institute in Tehuacana, Texas,

Many brides want to find a unique location for their bridal portrait. One great place I’ve found for urban exploration and bridal portraits is the abandoned Trinity Institute in Tehuacana, Texas. A little over an hour south of Downtown Dallas, the abandoned Trinity Institute has a haunting beauty that makes a wonderful backdrop for bridal portraits. For this bridal portrait shoot, Michaela (Kee) Daniels posed at different spots inside the building for some wonderful photos.

Dallas wedding photography tip – your bridal portrait is a good opportunity to do a trial run of your wedding hair. Schedule an appointment with your hairdresser the day of your photography shoot so your hair not only looks perfect for your photos, but you’ll make sure your hair will look the way you want it on your wedding. In my experience, Dallas brides who do a trial run of their wedding hair are much more relaxed on their big day.

Michaela (Kee) Daniels chose me to be her urban exploration bridal photographer, I was super thrilled when she agreed to do them at the abandoned Trinity Institute in Tehuacana, Texas
